We are a professional B2B provider of deep hole drilling machines and related manufacturing solutions.

General Information: All product descriptions, technical parameters, and images on this site are for general reference and marketing purposes.

Binding Specifications: Final product specifications, performance standards, and pricing are strictly governed by the formal Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract signed between RuidCNC and the buyer.

3. Custom Orders & Intellectual Property (OEM/ODM)

For all customized production, the following applies:

Client Authorization: The client warrants that they possess the legal right or authorization to use any logos, designs, or trademarks provided to us for production.

Indemnification: RuidCNC shall not be held liable for any trademark or copyright infringement arising from designs provided by the client. The client agrees to indemnify and hold the company harmless against any legal claims or damages related to such infringements.

4. Quotations and Payments

Quotations provided via website inquiry forms or email are preliminary and subject to change based on raw material costs, exchange rate fluctuations, and specific shipping requirements. Payment terms and methods will be finalized during the contract negotiation process.

5. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

Usage: We are not liable for any damages resulting from the improper use of products beyond their rated technical specifications.

Force Majeure: RuidCNC shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemic, supply chain disruptions, or labor disputes.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.
